Work Terms

Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm UTC-3 (Uruguay). Evening and weekend availability for urgent fixes.

Response time: All messages answered within 4 hours during working hours. Same-day reply guaranteed for active projects.

Project workflow:
1. You share the spec or describe the problem.
2. I confirm scope, deliverables, and turnaround in writing before starting.
3. I deliver on the agreed timeline (typically 24–72 hours for small/medium tasks).
4. Every delivery includes documentation: setup steps, env variables, how to run it, how to extend it.
5. One round of revisions included for free; minor tweaks always welcome.

Payment terms: Milestone-based for projects over $200, full payment on delivery for smaller tasks. Guru SafePay only — no off-platform payments.

Communication: Guru messages or a quick call if needed. I prefer async written communication so we both have a record.

Languages: English and Spanish, both fluent.
