I am a graduate of Physical Therapy who’s currently working as a part-time communication assistant where I provide captions to calls real time.I also experienced working in the BPO industry as a telephone banker. I can describe myself as a fast learner since the nature of the job is outside of my field. I am tech-savvy and I know some basic troubleshooting techniques if a problem occurs. There’s no need to worry about delayed ouput as well since I can type with a speed of 60 wpm. I believe that work ethic is also important since a skill can be learned but work ethic is inert. I devote my time and effort in everything I do which I think are the important elements of success.
