Work Terms

Working Hours
I generally work Monday to Friday, and my hours are flexible to accommodate different time zones. While I’m based in Germany, I’m happy to adjust for aligned collaboration and clear communication. For ongoing clients, I ensure consistent availability and updates.

Communication Style
Clear, kind, and timely communication is very important to me. I check messages regularly and respond within 24 hours on business days. I use tools like Gmail, Zoom, ClickUp, Slack — depending on what works best for you. During our collaboration, you’ll always know what’s happening and when.

Payment Terms
Hourly or project-based rates available, depending on the scope and nature of work.
Invoices are sent weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the project.
Preferred platforms: Guru’s SafePay system or direct invoicing (as agreed upon).
For larger or ongoing projects, a 50% deposit may be required to begin.
All payments are transparent, with time tracking and progress reports if needed.
