I Have excellent English communication skills in both written and voice. I believe that with my 14 years of experience as customer service specialist in working for a top BPO company as well as 4 years of experience with Data entry has equipped me with the right skills to properly do the job and execute it well. My scope of work includes Voice Inbound/Outbound Customer Support, Email and Chat Support and Data Analyst/Data Entry. I work efficiently by studying client specifications and do my research to ensure quality output. I am very flexible, independent and is very resourceful which I believe are strengths with this type of work.
Work Terms
I am currently available 40 hours a week. I am open to different shifting hours. Payment method through Bank transfer, online or wire transfer.
