A competent HVAC engineer with a comprehensive knowledge of designing and developing heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems to required specifications.
At present working for an company that is involved in design of civil construction objects from the concept through to implementation throughout Perm krai. Responsible for the design of all HVAC systems that are needed to ensure a building is fit-for-purpose.
Objects:
residential high-rises with common facilities (16-25 storeys or different height), residential low-rises, administrative buildings, kindergartens, schools.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
• Experience in the use of computer-assisted engineering and design/calculation software;
• Ability to work closely with other departments engineers, architects, constructors;
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize and plan effectively;
• Able to explain technical design ideas clearly;
• Excellent communication and working-under-pressure skills.
