Work Terms

1. Project Scope

I offer services including content creation, articles, blog posts, reports, and AI-driven content. The project scope, deliverables, and deadlines will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

Hourly Rate: US25 - Negotiable for medium to larger scale projects

Fixed Price: For one-time projects, I offer a custom quote.

Payments are processed via Guru’s SafePay. A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

3. Timeline

Standard projects: Delivered within 1-3 business days. Larger projects may take longer, with timelines communicated in advance.

4. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. Major revisions after the second round may incur additional charges.

Feedback will be managed via Guru messaging.

5. Confidentiality & NDA

All client information is kept confidential. An NDA can be signed if required.

6. Ownership & Rights

Upon final payment, all rights to the work will transfer to you.

You may request the completed work to be included in my Portfolio.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations before completion, you will be refunded for uncompleted work.

If I cannot complete the project, a full refund will be provided.

8. Communication & Collaboration

I prefer communication via Guru’s messaging system or project management tools.

Regular updates are encouraged to ensure alignment with your expectations.

9. Deliverables

Final work will be delivered via Guru in the agreed format.

Payment must be processed before final delivery.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through open communication or Guru’s dispute process.
