I bring 7 years experience in real estate, selling and letting of property, delivery of programmes in an international organisation, sales, marketing and customer service experience in the private sector.
I have been a real estate agent for the last one year and have learnt a lot about real estate markets, trends and enabling factors for such an industry to prosper.
I have also been the Examinations Manager at the British Council where I headed all operational activities relating to the examinations business operations in Uganda. This role included monitoring and coordinating the running of all exam sites, directly supervising the finance, human resource, procurement & logistics, ICT, customer service and general administrative services as well as contributing to the country Exams strategic plan.

As a core member of the Exams team, I took part in the drafting of the annual Country Plan as well as monitoring and evaluating of the achievement of specific programme results, reporting to country and regional management on performance with statistical data and evidence to back up reports.
I also oversaw the procurement and logistics associated with my portfolio was another of my objectives, following the Financial Control and Compliance Framework (FCCF)This included supplier sourcing, selection and evaluation, customer relationship management. This was an organisational tool that guided me in the performing procurement tasks according to organisational policy. In all cases, I ensured that that the British Council got good value from all the resources spent.

I supervised a team of 15 staff and carried out numerous functions including conflict management, team motivation and continuous professional development.
I have also previously worked as key accounts manager and customer care executive in Warid Telecom. This exposed and improved my skills in sales, customer service and relationship management.

Work Terms

I can work up to 25 hrs a week, payments every 2weeks and email communication as preferred mode of communication.
