I'm a college grad with experience in customer service, implementation, SaaS, cloud-based tools, administrative duties, and project management. I've worked for Apple, Citrix, property management software companies, and language translation providers. I've done extensive research on search engine optimization, domain acquisition, viral marketing, content creation, Wordpress, e-commerce, and customer retention. I pride myself on my creativity and learning habits. In my current role, I use excel, salesforce, google sheets, google forms, word, outlook, html, social media dashboards, google calendar, Skype, GoToMeeting, Lync, and gmail daily.
I prefer to communicate via email, skype, gchat, or GoToMeeting. My hours are from 8am-5pm USA pacific standard.
