With over 20 years experience in providing technical training, I am a skilled communicator who listens more than I talk. Listening is the key to determining what the person needs to know in order to master the specific technology. When I do speak, I provide clear, simple explanations of the technology the client is interested in learning. Skilled at interpersonal relations, I respect my clients for who they are, never judging them on what they do or do not know. Finally, I offer integrity: I am upfront about who I am and will never try to lure a customer in who I can'at help.

Work Terms

Standard business hours as well as evening and weekends to accommodate clients who may need after-hours support. My normal fee is $30 per hour based on an agreed-upon course of action.
