Work Terms
I typically require 50% payment upfront for new clients, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For ongoing monthly bookkeeping, invoices are sent at the start of each month. I ask for all necessary bank statements, prior financial records (if any), and access details to be shared at the start of the project to avoid delays. Revisions are welcome within the scope agreed upon at the start significant scope changes may require an updated quote. I maintain clear communication and provide regular status updates throughout the project. All client financial data is handled with strict confidentiality, and I'm happy to sign an NDA upon request.
