After a few months, we have pioneered an LOB called Programming saves wherein our goal is to ensure that customer will keep their packages and upgrade to another premium package. With the growth that we have built I have been promoted to handle retention team which merely focuses to reconnect services of customers who have been delinquently paying their bills.
