Do something each day to bring you a little closer to your dreams.
I've been in the BPO industry for 4 years and on those years I've learned a lot, I learned about different kinds of people I talked to everyday,some are nice, some are irate, some are frustrated, but that 4 years also taught me how to handle those kinds of characteristics. One of my edge is how I handle customers, how I could pacify their frustrations. As an individual I don't easily quit once I started something I see to it that either I finish it on time or as much as possible I complete it ahead of time, because I always want my proprietor to be satisfied with my work. I'm always eager to impress and I think that is a good attitude as an employee as long as no one is being slandered.
Work Terms
I can work full-time. I want to be paid twice in a month and I prefer being communicated through email.
