Work Terms

Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. I typically respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

Communication:
I prefer to communicate via Guru messages or email. For active projects, I provide regular updates and am open to video/voice calls if required.

Payment Terms:
All payments must be made through Guru’s SafePay system. I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects, and upfront payment or full SafePay funding for smaller tasks.

Turnaround Time:
Turnaround depends on project scope. Most design tasks (e.g., logo, social media post) are delivered within 2–5 business days. Urgent projects can be discussed.

Revisions:
I offer [2–3] rounds of revisions depending on the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

File Delivery:
Final files are delivered in high-resolution formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, etc.) as per the client’s needs.

Confidentiality:
Client information and project files are kept strictly confidential. I’m open to signing an NDA if required.

Ownership Rights:
Upon full payment, all rights to the final approved design are transferred to the client
