Work Terms

Availability
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My working hours are flexible and I can adjust to your time zone for meetings and updates.

🔹 Communication
All communication will be handled through Guru’s messaging system. I am also available for Zoom or video calls if needed. You can expect clear, timely, and professional updates throughout the project.

🔹 Project Scope & Deliverables
Each project starts with a clear brief. Final deliverables may include:
• Concept boards / mood boards
• Floor plans / layouts
• 3D models and photorealistic renders
• Furniture & material selection
• Virtual walkthroughs (if requested)

🔹 Tools Used
3Ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Canva, and more depending on project needs.

🔹 Payment Terms
• I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects.
• For small tasks or hourly jobs, I accept weekly payments.
• Payments are to be processed through Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency.

🔹 Revisions
I offer 2–3 rounds of free revisions based on the original brief. Additional changes or scope extensions can be discussed and added as new milestones.

🔹 Confidentiality
Your designs, brand identity, and information are fully confidential. I do not share any client work without written permission.
