Work Terms
My Professional Work Terms
1. Project Initiation & Requirements
Work will commence once a clear project brief, goals, and all necessary assets (images, logos, login details, etc.) are provided.
For fixed-price projects, I require the agreed amount to be funded into SafePay (Guru's escrow system) before the work begins to ensure security for both parties.
2. Payment Structure
Fixed-Price Projects: For larger projects, I prefer milestone-based payments (e.g., 50% upfront in SafePay, 50% upon final delivery).
Hourly Projects: I am comfortable using Guru's Time Tracker for accurate and transparent billing.
3. Revisions & Quality Assurance
Client satisfaction is my top priority. I offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with the final result.
Note: Revisions must fall within the original project scope. Completely new concepts or requests added after the project has started may require an adjustment to the timeline and budget.
4. Communication & Availability
I maintain prompt and transparent communication. You can expect a response to messages within 2–4 hours during regular business hours.
To comply with Guru.com policies and keep everything organized, all project-related communication and file sharing will be kept strictly on the Guru platform.
5. Delivery & Copyrights
I am committed to strict deadlines and on-time delivery.
Upon final approval and full payment release, the client will receive all final files in the agreed formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, Word, MP4).
Full ownership and copyright of the final delivered work are automatically transferred to the client upon full payment.
