Hello and thanks for looking at my page! Welcome. I'm happy to have you here.

My name is Matthew Champagne. My primary residence is in North Berwick, ME. I do most of my work online.

I am 29 Years old.

I double majored in Human Resources and Public Relations at Southern New Hampshire University, so I'm a jack of all trades as far as office work goes.

I have done quite a bit of customer service work in both call centers and retail locations. That did not limit me to just working with customers, however. In my time working in customer service I have learned and, in my own opinion, quite possibly perfected the following skills:

Managing customer databases. Updating customer information. Noting reasons for customer inquiry. Upselling products/services to current customers, and adding new services for new customers in customer databases. Worked as a dispatcher to help customers locate a specific time of delivery or arrival of services.
I have worked with RSS, SAP, CIS, AS-400, Saleforce, and many more. With these systems I was noted as being one of the fastest learners most company's have ever seen.

I am very experienced with all Microsoft office products.

I can type 60+ WPM.

I do very well as a personal or administrative assistant. I have booked travel arrangements, purchased gifts or work related items for clients and co-workers. I have worked directly with the CFO of a company as his office manager and assistant. This meant that I did all the purchasing of office supplies, food, and beverages, and even doing some personal shopping for him as well. I set up meetings for him using outlook, and sent out reminders of said meetings. While doing this for him, I also managed our customer database and entered old files into the new database so it was searchable for all employees. I also answered all phone calls and either directed them to the person they needed to speak with, or assisted them myself with excellent customer service.

Work Terms

I am available any and all shifts up to 6 days a week and 8-10 hours per day. I require at least $10 an hour for my services, and would like $100 or more for any project (10 hours or more). However, I am very flexible with my time and can negotiate other projects based on a companies needs. I can be reached by email or phone, either one is fine. I have a smart phone so I'm always available.
