I have experience in infrastructure facility project / works / operations management in ITeS SEZ/STPIs/managed space, commercial real estate, Marine Platforms and ports, Military infrastructure, Manufacturing and Repairs organisation, Education / training institutes and Hotel and Hospitality industry. The areas of coverage of Infrastructure Engineering services that I have handled have been Mechanical equipment and systems like HVACR, hydraulics, pumps-motors, compressors, propulsion plants, Electrical equipment and systems like main switchboards, Power plants diesel and gas turbine generators, UPS, SCADA based control systems, Plumbing, Pneumatics, Fire Systems, Waste management, Health, Safety and environment, NVH aspects, Condition Assessment and maintenance management programmes, Reliability Centric Maintenance management, landscaping, Security, Extra Low Voltage systems, IT and technology, energy management and techno-commercials thereof. In these roles I have managed own team sizes of up to 100 personnel and also have had immense interactions with OEMs, project contractors and specialists from these fields for steering the organizational and project goals.

In my job experience I have primarily been an Administrator and Engineer in Project management and operations role whereby I have represented the interests of Owners, Operators, and Corporate headquarters in steering projects and driving and streamlining operations. Thereby, I provide technical advisory and consultancy services on behalf of the owner / demand organisation with inputs during the project design, construction, progressive reviews, testing at factory / site, commissioning, transition handover-takeover, guarantee period and for operations in technical auditing, evaluation, upgradation, mid-life updates and administration in maintaining standards, meeting compliance requirements and problem solving during operational phase.
