I personally own the first 10% — strategic direction, scoping, and creative decisions. AI handles the middle 80% — the heavy lifting of implementation and production. I then own the final 10% — expert quality control, refinement, and the human touch that ensures every deliverable exceeds expectations.

Work Terms

Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST. I respond to all messages within 4 business hours.

Payment Terms: All projects are structured with milestone-based payments through Guru's SafePay escrow system. An upfront deposit of 30–50% is required before work begins, with remaining milestones funded upon acceptance of each deliverable.

Communication: I provide regular progress updates and am available via Guru messaging or video call (Zoom/Google Meet). For complex projects, I use short Loom video walkthroughs to explain deliverables clearly.

Project Structure: Every engagement begins with a discovery call to align on scope, timeline, and deliverables. I provide a detailed project brief before any work starts so we are in complete agreement on expectations.

Revisions: Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are available as an add-on at a fixed per-round rate.

Turnaround: Standard delivery is 5–7 business days depending on scope. Rush delivery (48-hour turnaround) is available at a premium.
