Work Terms

Project Scope
All project details (design type, size, content, style, and requirements) must be clearly discussed and finalized before starting the work.

Revisions
Revisions are included according to the agreed package. Additional revisions beyond the scope may require extra charges.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on project complexity and will be confirmed before starting. Timely client feedback is required to meet deadlines.

Source Files
Editable/source files (AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, etc.) will be provided only if included in the agreed package.

Payment Policy
Work will begin only after SafePay or milestone funding is confirmed. Final files will be delivered after payment approval.

Ownership & Rights
Full ownership and commercial rights will be transferred to the client after complete payment. Until then, all designs remain the designer’s property.

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary content (logo, text, images, brand guidelines) before or during the project to avoid delays.

Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after work has started, payment for completed work will not be refundable.

Communication
All communication should be done through Guru’s messaging system to ensure clarity and record safety.

Quality Assurance
All designs are delivered in high resolution and print-ready format following professional design standards.
