Living just for existence has never been the objective of my life. I have always looked forward to get the best out of life. The desire to be fully satisfied with my work led me to take decision to come in freelancing world.
I started my professional career immediately after completed my bachelor degree. I had joined a telecom company named VU Mobile as an Operations Engineer through small area to work but give me a great exposure to start my journey in IT & telecommunication field. The vision I was cherished make me one step further when I joined Warid Telecom International L.L.C the largest middle east based GSM operator as an IPCC Engineer. I had a lot of scope to work with, large volume of call handling by voice gateway, Signaling control by SLT, function of converged network as well as its implementation, routing & switching. I started studying in Cisco voice solution related to contact center and acquire adequate knowledge in Cisco IPCC solution. Further, I got an overseas job offer from Telephone System International (TSI) and started my overseas career with TSI in its Afghanistan project as a NSS/PBX Engineer. I have worked with Avaya based contact center, IP PBX, VOIP etc. I leave the job and start working with Banglalink (Subsidy of Vimpelcom Ltd) from February 2010. Today I have enormous expertise in Avaya Contact Center, Unified communication, Video Conferencing, IT process & policy, Technical documents preparation, Project Management, Implementation & Operation Support etc.
I believe I’m equipped enough to solve complex, technological problems that challenge my intellect and fire my imagination. And I have the necessary background and ability to benefit from the experience.
