Currently, as a Trainer at BRAC, I am at the forefront of the digital revolution, delivering high-impact AI literacy and digital skills training to NGO professionals across Bangladesh under the AI Opportunity Fund: Asia-Pacific. My work involves designing interactive modules on AI literacy and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that even underprivileged youth have the digital competencies to succeed in the modern economy.

Highlights of My Impact:
Scaling National Job Readiness: Through the USAID Bijoyee Project, I co-developed a national curriculum for NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth, reaching over 1,000 participants. My efforts in Manikganj alone led to a 70% lift in engagement through interactive soft skills modules.

Driving Program Excellence: I achieved a 90% program success rate by directing M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) efforts and forging strategic partnerships with over 40 local authorities and employers.

Innovating Leadership Education: While facilitating programs for the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), I revamped the adaptive leadership curriculum with real-world case studies, resulting in 30% higher participant feedback scores.

Nationwide Youth Mobilization: As an Executive at BYLC, I executed nationwide training for 200+ youth quarterly and coordinated a massive graduate network of 8,500+ members, driving collaboration and large-scale event engagement.

Exceptional Leadership Recognition: I am honored to receive the Special Inspirational Honor-2022 from the Education Minister for outstanding social leadership. My track record also includes being the Topper of the Energetic Future Leadership Program at Energypac and representing Bangladesh as a Cadet Ambassador in Sri Lanka.

With a foundation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and advanced studies in Data Science & Business Analytics, I combine analytical precision with social empathy. Whether leading the IEEE PUST Student Branch or mastering Python and AI-powered tools, I am committed to building a future where technology and leadership work hand-in-hand for social good.
