Work Terms

1. Communication

I am available 7 days a week.

Preferred communication: Guru messages, email, or quick calls when needed.

I respond within 1–3 hours in most cases.

2. Project Requirements

Please provide all project details before starting:

✓ Footage & assets
✓ Style references
✓ Deadlines

Work begins once all files and requirements are received.

3. Workflow & Delivery

I follow a clear and organized workflow:
Step 1: Understanding the project
Step 2: Draft edit / first preview
Step 3: Revisions (as per your package)
Step 4: Final export & delivery

Final videos will be delivered in Full HD / 4K (as required).

4. Revisions

Revisions depend on the selected package.

Small corrections are free, but major changes outside the original brief may require additional payment.

5. File Transfer

Files can be shared via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Guru's file system.

6. Payment Terms

Work begins after the SafePay milestone is funded.

Full payment must be released after the final delivery.

For large or long-term projects, milestone payments are recommended.

7. Confidentiality

All client data, footage, and projects remain 100% confidential.

8. Support After Delivery

Free support for minor adjustments up to 7 days after final delivery.

Extended support is available for additional fees.

9. Refund Policy

If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon quality or scope, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the situation.
