I am proficient in SAP2000, ANSYS, and SolidWorks Simulation, and I can quickly model the existing structure of your villa and simulate additional static loads—such as pinball machines or other concentrated weights—on the floor system. I can deliver a report detailing the allowable live loads, deflection limits, and structural safety margins, along with reinforcement recommendations if needed.

Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to match your project timeline and time zone requirements.
Communication:
I am responsive and prefer clear, regular communication via email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or the client’s preferred platform. Progress updates and milestone reports will be shared consistently.
Payment Terms:
Hourly and fixed-price contracts accepted
For fixed-price jobs: milestone-based payments are preferred
Invoices are submitted upon milestone completion or at agreed intervals

3D CAD Models (SolidWorks, STEP, IGES)
2D Drawings (DWG, PDF) with GD&T and BOM
Simulation Reports (Stress, Modal, Thermal)
Project documentation including design rationale and calculations
Files delivered in native and export formats
