I am a senior programme, project and business analysis professional who enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, achievable plans.

Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, managed portfolios of strategic initiatives and helped organisations deliver technology, transformation and operational improvement programmes. My experience spans mining, telecommunications, financial services, human resources, industrial IoT, critical infrastructure and enterprise technology.

I have built and led business analysis practices, established governance standards, managed programme risks and dependencies and supported initiatives from initial concept through to implementation. I have also stepped into broader change delivery leadership responsibilities, overseeing project management, business analysis, process improvement, training, organisational change and portfolio reporting.

My particular strength is bringing structure and clarity to complicated environments. I quickly understand the bigger picture, identify what is preventing progress and translate business objectives into practical plans, requirements and delivery frameworks. I am equally comfortable engaging with executives, business teams, technical specialists and delivery partners.

Work Terms

I am based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and work in the South African Standard Time zone, with flexibility to accommodate reasonable overlap with international clients.

I prefer to begin with a short discussion to understand the required outcomes, scope, timelines and current challenges. Based on this, I will confirm the proposed approach, deliverables, estimated effort and agreed working arrangements.

I communicate through Guru and scheduled online meetings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. Clients can expect clear progress updates, early communication of risks or dependencies and reliable delivery against agreed commitments.

Payment terms, working hours and delivery milestones can be agreed according to the nature and duration of each engagement.
