Work Terms
I work with general contractors and specialty contractors only. Engagements begin with a scoping call to assess your current systems and define project deliverables. Minimum project budget $500. Hourly rate $65/hr. Communication via message and video call. Monday through Friday availability. All deliverables provided in agreed formats with clear documentation.
