My Mom used to say I could sell ice to an Eskimo... But now I like to be the behind the scenes orchestrator. Stubborn & hard working, grateful for being able to do the work I do.

I am an independent consultant with 8 years experience in Customer Care, Management, Call Centers, Inbound & Outbound calling & managing, Writing Sales Scripts, and much more! I have stepped away from working directly in Call Centers and now work from home on many different projects. I enjoy creating campaigns, right from the beginning to the end. Picking our target audience, compiling the right offer, writing the scripts so they feel natural & not "pitchy", getting the campaign off the ground and into the houses of our potential new or existing customers, and finally meeting targets.
I write a lot in my spare time also; I am currently working on my first novel & regularly write shorter articles that have meaning for me in my life. I am a huge music lover and always have it playing when I am writing, cooking, reading, and working (unless I'm the one making the outbound call of course haha).
I enjoy being outside as much as possible & am blessed to live in an area of Canada that boasts some of the most amazing scenery & adventures right at my doorstep!

Work Terms

My availability is very flexible, depending on how many projects I have on the go. I enjoy the work I do and since I work from home, my little home office is open 24/7, based on my preference really. :)
I accept payment thru Guru.com or PayPal.
I prefer to communicate via e-mail or telephone. Email gets too complicated when there are a lot of questions involved, and a quick 10 minute phone call can eliminate the back & forth very efficiently.
