As a ghostwriter, I focus on themes of ethnicity, bicultural identity, bilingualism, and the natural world, influenced by my heritage: my father was from Aguascalientes, Mexico; my mother was from Ireland. I grew up with Mexican Spanish and I'm comfortable with code-switching (Spanglish) for bicultural content.
A native speaker of U.S. English with a master's degree, I am equipped to proofread English-language texts in a variety of genres and formats, including books and articles.
My Spanish to English translator specialties are medical and immigration documents.
As a published audiobook narrator, I use an AKG condenser microphone in an acoustically treated recording space, and edit audio files in Audacity.
