Mohamed has been a personal trainer since 2004. Mohamed specializes in weight loss & body fat reduction through education, motivation, and implementation of weight loss programs, functional exercise, and nutrition.
Mohamed is experienced in training all body types and genders of all ages.
Mohamed is a people person who enjoys assisting his clients in reaching their goals. He understands that every client is different and prides himself on adapting workouts to each of their fitness levels.
