QA Engineer & Cloud-Certified Automation Specialist — helping teams catch bugs before their users do

I'm a QA Engineer with a background spanning quality assurance, business analysis, and cloud engineering — a combination that shapes how I approach testing. Rather than just executing test cases, I look at the system architecture and data flow behind a feature, which means I catch issues earlier and explain them more clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

My production experience includes automated regression and functional testing with Katalon Studio and Robot Framework, manual test execution and documentation, and performance/load testing. I also bring AWS cloud fundamentals to the table, which helps when testing cloud-hosted or API-driven applications.

I currently work full-time as a Cloud Engineer implementing enterprise CRM and ITSM platforms, and take on QA projects on the side — so you're getting someone with real production discipline, not just freelance-only experience. I'm expanding my automation toolkit into Selenium and Playwright, and I keep learning deliberately rather than claiming skills I haven't built yet.
