Identify prospects, Expedite approvals with local and national agency’s for placement on National Register qualifying the buildings for 25% Tax Credit Federal Program in Old Town Pasadena, and Orange County.
In 1983 Martinez acquired Real Estate License specializing in Apartment Sales and Development Sites with over $100 Million Dollars in Sales in less than five years.
Purchasing and remolding ocean side homes, in Santa Monica. In 1989, buying small 1-3 acre properties and setting up mini farms, with raised gardens for living sustainably.
2001-2003 As an asset manager for individual investor. Liquidating a portfolio of Section 8 Housing valued at 20 Million Dollars. Responsible for building a data base of NNN single tenant builders, and negotiating multiple offers on Auto Zone, Taco Bell type 40 year leases nationwide. Total Gross sales and purchases valued at 40 Million Dollars.
