Work Terms
Work Terms Agreement
This Work Terms Agreement is entered into by and between Client and me .
1. i agree to provide design and editing services
2. Delivery of Work i shall deliver the completed work to the Client by the agreed-upon deadline, as specified in the Scope of Work.
3. Revisions The Client is entitled to a maximum of [2] revisions per design/editing task. Any additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
4.Payment Terms Payment for the services will be as follows:
A 50% deposit before work commences.
The remaining balance upon completion of the project, prior to the release of final files.
5. Cancellation Policy If the Client cancels the project after work has commenced, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of the designs/editing work will be transferred to the Client, except where otherwise noted.
7. Confidentiality Both Parties agree to keep all materials and communications confidential.
8. Liability The Designer is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delayed project delivery.
