Hi Business Owners!

My name is Michelle Butin and I have been working as a customer service specialist for the last seven years. We are supporting US based accounts through inbound calls. Also, I was able to be a part of agency for two years and we've been helping start up E-commerce business around the world by providing an excellent customer service to their customers.

So, I offer a seven-year track record in Customer Service and two-year experience in handling and managing E-commerce businesses. Because of these opportunities, I was able to grow and specialize in the following skills:

Computer expertise, with proficiency on all MS Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Broad based expertise in Customer service covering the full spectrum of its duties. Such as, Email handling, Chat support and Social Media Management.
Basic knowledge of E-commerce platform like Shopify, email platform like Zendesk, and order processing platform like Oberloo
A proven multi-tasking talent with an ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and order processing task.
