I am IT professional with several years experience specialising in Microsoft Technologies.

I am a hands on IT. Professional with over 18 years’ experience across various technologies, applications, architectures, frameworks and platforms in different sectors such as Banking, Finance and Insurance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Health Care/Pharmaceuticals, Utilities etc.
Principally working with Microsoft Technologies for a decade developing Enterprise Applications. I have worked on levels at all ends front end, middle tier and back end and at all stages of Software Development Life Cycle. I have extensive experience working in Agile, Waterfall and RAD development environments.
I have worked in all the stages of Software Development Life Cycle as a result of which I have gained valuable experience in various functions such preliminary investigation, requirements analysis, high level system analysis and design, developing prototypes, detailed analysis and design, development, coding, testing, implementing, documenting and finally maintaining and enhancing the applications.
Further, I have also architected applications, managed, led, guided, coached and mentored teams of developers. I am a self-starter and am also able to work with minimal/limited supervision. I have strong experience in consulting roles and have good experience dealing directly with end clients.

Work Terms

I prefer to work on both Fixed rate and Hourly basis. My terms are 50 % advance for projects below 1000 dollars . For projects upto 10000 dollards I take 35% advance and for still bigger projects I take 25 % advance.
