My expertise spans product development, manufacturing, 3D CAD, prototyping, additive manufacturing, branding, retail, e-commerce, marketing, and business development.

Through PicoXprojects and PicoSolutions, I’ve worked across consumer products, education, retail, sports, promotional products, and manufacturing. I combine technical product knowledge with commercial and marketing expertise to help businesses move from concept to execution.

Whether you need a product designed, a prototype developed, a manufacturing solution, a retail program created, or support bringing an idea to market, I provide practical, business-focused solutions tailored to your goals.

Work Terms

I am available for both short-term projects and ongoing engagements, depending on the project scope and client requirements.

I work with clients on Fixed Price, Task-Based, Hourly, and Recurring projects. Project terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment arrangements are agreed upon before work begins.

For larger projects, I prefer clear milestones with defined deliverables and target dates. For ongoing or evolving projects, hourly or recurring arrangements may be appropriate.

I maintain clear communication throughout each project and provide regular progress updates based on the agreed workflow. Project files, feedback, and deliverables can be managed through Guru's WorkRoom.

Turnaround times depend on the scope and complexity of each project. I establish a realistic schedule with the client before starting and communicate promptly if project requirements change.

I am available for product development, CAD and design projects, prototyping, manufacturing support, business development, marketing, retail, e-commerce, and consulting assignments.
