I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years. Handled multiple accounts as customer service and technical support representative. Some of the accounts that I've handled are Hilton chain of Hotels, Union Bank of Switzerland, AMEX and Salesforce.com.
I have strong customer service skills, analytical skills, and quality focus. When I work as a Technical Support, I learn to be more patient, listen more to the customer's issue, and ask questions to provide the best possible solution to the query.
