As a corporate employee I'm working over 10 years as JIRA administrator in systems where issue tracking was done in Atlassian JIRA software, so creating workflows, kanban boards, dashboards, setting permissions, etc. is something that is part of my everyday job. My role as JIRA Administrator included installing and maintaining JIRA stand-alone server. On my previous working place we had several migrations, from JIRA versions (big version changes) to migrations on another servers.

I also have over 16 years of training, experience and a proven ability as a Tier 1-2 Technical Support Specialist and for past 9 years I am working as Service Desk Team Leader in a dynamic environments of large financial systems. This allows me to exceed your expectations when it comes to outstanding support and customer service. I’m able to diagnose and repair machines running various operating systems (from Windows XP to Windows 10, Mac OS, Linux, Android, iOS).
