About

Mind Offer is a Finnish co-operative founded with the idea that companies do have much work to be done, but do not have a sufficient amount of work to be able to hire a full-time worker for a longer period time. Something that is even more true within the current economic reality, and they therefore need a more flexible workforce.

Mind Offer fills this gap of ad-hoc or temporary work that needs to completed, but doesn't necessarily warrant hiring a fulll-time worker. We achieve this by finding people, such as currently unemployed talent, that have a flexible attitude and a passion for their work, and train them to work efficiently as a team and within existing customer teams.
