• Mainly working in an international project (Intimate Partner Violence Study) US and UK based in collaboration with London School of Hygiene and Mental Health, as research assistant, logistic & admin manager and coordinator.
• Working in another international project (SHINE – School Health Implementation Network: Eastern Mediterranean Region) in collaboration with John Hopkins University and World Health Organization, as Research assistant logistic & admin manager and coordinator.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and techniques
• Numeracy and confidence in using statistical techniques and computer based programmes
• Developing materials related to the project (e.g. intervention materials, translating questionnaire etc.).
• Data collection (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Assist the data management team in ensuring data quality (for consistencies, analytical checks, checking for errors in entry).
• Developing and maintaining the trial database (along with the data management teams).
• Drafting research protocols and informed consents.
• Reviewing the literature of the related topic and developing tools & questionnaire accordingly.
• Preparing research manuscripts and research presentations.
• The Logistics Manager will be required to handle technical details relating to possibly international transportation, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentation.
