Work Terms

We don't have specific office hours, as our schedule is flexible and changes based on personal and family needs. We focus on completing work by the agreed-upon deadline. All turnaround times are based on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). The normal turnaround time for a task or project is 48 hours or more.
For urgent requests, please send an email and a text message with all the details and the exact deadline.
Urgent work is defined as a task requested to be done within 3 to 24 hours of receiving the request.
There is an additional $50 fee for urgent work.

We offer several types of contracts:

Hourly: The minimum you can purchase is 1(one) hour.

Retainer: Available in 10, 20 or 30-hour increments.
All pre-purchased hours must be used within 60 days.

Project-based: Requires a 50% deposit to begin, with the
remaining 50% due upon completion before delivery.

All services have a corresponding time report. Time billed is rounded
up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.
