Design can save lives!
I will tell you one true story I have ben withness.
In one small village near place I live one farmer had a big herd of cattle. The problem was his farm was close to the main road and every 6 months on average, cattle have crossed the fence and car was hitting the cattle.
There were traffic signs on a road that cattle are near, but that couldn't stop accidents.
Since I know the farmer I help him with the design. And by design I don't mean reinforcing fence with electricity, concrete and steel. :):):)
I help him with the design.
It was BIG red sign with BIG letters "SLOW DOWN!" and image of bull jumping across fence posted on both side of the farm.
From then cattle still now and then make thru the fence, but none car accidents.
It has ben 4 years without accident now.
Design can save lives!
