Work Terms

Logos, brand identity, brochures, banners, social media graphics, posters, and digital ads.

Web and app UI/UX design, if specified.


All work will adhere to the client's brand guidelines and project requirements.

Revisions are allowed as specified in the revision clause (see Section 4).


2. Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.

Deadlines may be adjusted if additional work is requested beyond the original scope.

Deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, etc.).


3. Payment Terms

Payment structure can be:

Hourly rate: $5 per hour

Fixed project rate: $15 per project


A 50% advance may be required before starting work (for freelance projects).

Remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval.

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week/month.


4. Revisions

Includes up to unlimited rounds of revisions per project.

Additional revisions may be billed at $0 per hour or $0 per revision.

Revisions are limited to scope defined in the initial brief.


5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all finalized designs and assets become the client’s property.

The designer retains the right to showcase work in their portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

Raw files (AI, PSD, etc.) may be provided only upon request and may incur additional fees.


6. Confidentiality

The designer will maintain confidentiality of all client information and materials.

No designs, strategies, or ideas will be shared with third parties without client consent.


7. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with No days’ notice.

If the client cancels after work has begun, payment will be made for completed work up to that point.

Refunds of advance payments may be partial or withheld depending on work completed.


8. Communication

Regular updates will be provided via email, chat, or agreed communication channels.

Response time is online all the time.
