Virtual Assistant,Data Entry Specialist, Web Research and MS

Well traveled. I have lived in Romania, Germany and I am now residing in Serbia (my native country).
During my student period, in free time I have worked as customer support agent.
I have advanced professionally when I accepted the same job in the well known company Sitel. My experience consist of understanding clients needs, resolving them rapidly and have developed my conversational skills in foreign languages.
Afterwards, I started to work for the company Microsoft, as a student practice. It was a very important opportunity for my further development, improving my organisational skills and of course, joining a wonderful and friendly team.

Two years ago, I decided to join the Freelancers world, which was a great success for my career. It was a pleasure to meet wonderful people, with very interesting tasks and my devotion for finishing the services on time, is a big plus for me.

I provide a high attention to details in the work, I am punctual, as well as dedicated to getting the job done correctly.
