About

Helping busy leaders organize, scale, and breathe more easily. Smart support isn't a luxury — it's the backbone of real growth.

If I had to sum up what I do, I’d say I make other people’s busy lives a little lighter. For the past seven years, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant helping entrepreneurs, consultants, and service-based business owners bring more order and calm to their day. Whether that means managing their inbox, scheduling calls, coordinating with vendors, or following up with clients, I’m the person who quietly makes sure everything runs smoothly in the background.

My journey started out of pure curiosity. I’ve always been the organized one in my circle—the person people came to when they needed something sorted, worded, or handled. Over time, that natural instinct turned into a career I genuinely love. I’ve supported clients across industries: real estate, healthcare, automotive, education, and small business consulting. Each role taught me something new about communication, structure, and the different ways people work.

Some of my proudest moments have been behind the scenes—like helping a client double their appointment show-ups by tightening their follow-up system, or managing an inbox so effectively that a founder could finally take a real weekend off. It’s small wins like that that make me feel useful.

I value clarity, consistency, and kindness in everything I do. I believe reliability is one of the most underrated forms of professionalism, and I take it seriously. If I say I’ll do something, it’s getting done—properly and on time.

I’m fluent in tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, and CRMs such as Follow-Up Boss and GoHighLevel. I’ve also worked with systems like Optimantra and RingCentral for medical and client communication. I’m not a developer or a numbers wizard, but I know how to keep a business humming in the day-to-day details that actually matter.

Outside of work, I’m a bit of a learner at heart. I love exploring productivity tools, reading about leadership and communication, and occasionally helping other aspiring virtual assistants find their footing. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me having long conversations over tea, listening to podcasts, or planning something (I always seem to be planning something).

If there’s a through-line in all of this, it’s that I care about people and I care about doing things right. My clients often tell me I’m dependable, thoughtful, and easy to work with—and that’s exactly the kind of support I aim to give every time I show up.
