I am a graduate of Communications and have been working as a freelancer for a decade now. I have a marketing background and experience. I have handled different campaigns for Australia, US and Canada, both inbound and outbound accounts.

I have handled tons of campaigns and 95% of those were appointment setting. I can follow a script and I can also compose my own as a guideline. Getting past gatekeepers is no longer a problem to me. I have gained enough knowledge and technique based on experience. So far, I haven't had any problems conversing in English or being understood with my speaking.
