Work Terms

Availability:
I’m available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (GMT+1 – Morocco). Urgent work outside these hours can be scheduled in advance.

Communication:
I respond promptly through Guru, email, or WhatsApp. I’m also available for live support via Zoom, Google Meet, or remote access tools like AnyDesk and TeamViewer.

Tools & Platforms:

Remote Access: AnyDesk, TeamViewer

Office & Productivity: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace

Project Management: Trello, Notion, ClickUp

AI Tools: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Bolt AI

Languages:
I offer support in English, French, and Arabic, making communication seamless with clients worldwide.

Payment Terms:
I accept both hourly and fixed-price projects. For fixed-price work, I prefer milestone payments based on deliverables. Payment is expected upon task completion or as per agreed terms.
