Work Terms

To ensure the highest quality for your project and a smooth collaboration, please review the following terms:
​1. Project Brief & Vision
​Work begins only after a complete creative brief is submitted (including Brand Name, Tagline, Preferred Colors, and Style References). Any significant change to the initial brief after the design phase has started will be considered a new project and may require an additional fee.
​2. Revision Policy
​Standard Revisions: These include minor adjustments to colors, fonts, or element positioning within the chosen concept.
​New Concepts: Revisions do not include a total redesign or a brand-new concept from scratch. If you require a completely different direction, please purchase the "Additional Logo Concept" extra.
​3. Communication & Feedback
​To maintain our delivery schedule (1–3 days), I require feedback on drafts within 12–24 hours. Please note that delays in client feedback will result in an automatic extension of the final delivery date.
​4. Ownership & Usage Rights
​Full Rights: Upon completion and acceptance of the order, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
​Portfolio Rights: I reserve the right to showcase the final artwork in my professional portfolio for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested and agreed upon beforehand.
​5. File Delivery
​Final files will be delivered in the formats specified in your chosen package (e.g., PNG, JPG). Source Files (AI/PSD) and Vector Files are only included if they are part of your specific package or purchased as an extra.
​6. Refund & Cancellation
​Refunds cannot be issued once the final high-resolution files have been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the initial drafts, we will utilize the revision process to align the design with your vision.
