Work Terms

Thank you for considering me for your project. Before we begin, please review the following terms to ensure a smooth collaboration.

1. Scope of Work:
All project tasks will be clearly defined in the agreement before starting. Any changes or additional features outside the initial scope may require adjustments to timelines and fees. I provide services in 3D visualization, AI development, full-stack web development, and digital media production. Deliverables will be delivered as agreed in the project description.

2. Communication:
I commit to timely and professional communication via Guru messaging, or agreed channels. Clients are expected to provide clear requirements, materials, and feedback to avoid delays. I recommend regular check-ins for larger projects to ensure alignment.

3. Timeline & Deadlines:
Project timelines will be agreed upon before starting. I will make every effort to meet deadlines; however, delivery may depend on timely client feedback and provision of required materials. Rush requests may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions:
Each package or project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may require extra charges. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed deliverables, not to alter the project scope completely.

5. Payments & Milestones:
All payments will be made via Guru, either as fixed-price milestones or hourly billing, as agreed. Work will begin only after the initial milestone or deposit is cleared. Payment terms and milestones will be defined in the contract.

6. Ownership & Rights:
Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership and rights to the final deliverables. I may use non-confidential work samples for my portfolio unless a prior non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

7. Confidentiality:
All project materials and information shared will remain strictly confidential. I am willing to sign an NDA if required by the client.
