Work Terms

I work using West Africa Time (WAT/GMT+1), but my working hours remain flexible enough to fit different time zones in US, UK, and Asia. It is best for me if we communicate through platform messages or emails, answering any questions within 24 hours. In case of more complicated data analysis or ESG research, I need a first consultation in video or voice mode to understand the scope and methods of work.

As in every project, the scoping stage precedes in order to align our expectations about deliverables and timelines. If this is not a one-off task, I keep you informed about the progress of work; no surprises at all. Every piece of finished work goes through the QA check internally.

I commit to using the SafePay system by Guru for all projects. However, in a small project that is less than $500, 100% funding at the milestone level is necessary before any work starts. In the case of large projects that cost more than $500, 30% deposit is necessary to start working on the project while the rest 70% will be divided into predetermined milestones. I only release final files after the last milestone funding and releasing. All my quotes contain one revision at the original project description level. Any changes in the scope, data, and methods after starting the work will lead to the need to make an agreement between us regarding adjusting the timeline and budget of the project.
