Freelancer Senior IT Software Consultant and Trainer
I am a graduate of Computer Science Faculty, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
After 23 years spent in various roles in the University world (IT Courses, Databases, Statistics and Econometrics) and in the IT corporate world, I decided to work as a freelancer.
As a Freelance IT Consultant and Trainer I can analyze better the process of software development for different products and projects, I can evaluate software development process based on my experience and suggest various models from different experiences.
I am capable of listening to the needs of customers and transferring the needs of customers into accurate requirements and training the people, transferring the needs of customers into accurate requirements, understanding development/delivery the processes.
By my experience with external audits and with software development quality management, I am capable now of highlighting the important key points for clear processes. I know how the software development process can be adapted, maintained and improved according to companies/projects/domain needs.
I have worked as a Project Manager for telecommunication projects for SIEMENS PSE Romania.
I have over 6 years of experience in Air Traffic Management software projects.
I was involved in the SESAR (Single European Sky ATM Research) project. I have used Agile Scrum methodology in software development of multiple projects. I have worked also as Quality Manager for software projects in Air Traffic Management and telecommunications. I have worked as Project Manager and Delivery Manager. My experience involves all aspects of project, product, and development life cycles. I am a customer oriented person; I have worked in multi-cultural competitive environments. I like working with people from different cultural groups.
Research interests: Artificial intelligence, data mining, bio-inspired techniques, big data analytics.
