My desire to support the growth and development of others took me from Wall Street to the thriving tech community in West Africa and on to a triple bottom line agribusiness deep in the Himalayas before bringing me back to New York City to build Sandbox Advisors.

Work Terms
I don't have set hours of operation. My focus in on making sure you are achieving your goals. I will work long or odd hours to get a project over the finish line.
I respect my clients and their valuable time, which means I am pro-active and try to always anticipate my clients need. In return, I expect my clients to respect me and my time as well.
I have no problem putting in the hours to make sure everything gets done correctly but I expect to have advance notice. Good communication is key!
I work on both an hourly rate or on a project fee basis, depending on the situation. I don't like to nickel and dime clients and choose the payment structure that will lead to the best results for the best value.
I am open to communicating with email, phone, or Slack - whichever is easiest and most convenient for you. If you use a different platform, let me know and I will make every effort to accommodate!
